Human Resources, Minutes and Archive Office, follows the completion of the contract signed between SHPAL “Pavarësia” and the academic and administrative personnel.

·         The office gathers, classifies and updates the personal folder of each academic and administrative personnel member. This folder contains the work or service contract, the accompanying documents according to law, and any other document that shows the individual qualifications and performance progress at work.

·         It’s in charge to ensure the legitimacy at work.

·         Evaluates and reports to the Rector of SHPALPV about the situation of contract provisions fulfillment by each member of the academic and administrative personnel.

·         Participates in assessing the performance of each member of the academic and administrative staff.

·         Receives, records and distributes the official interior and exterior correspondence in SHPALPV.

·         Records in the database correspondence each document, requisition and other official act that bears the signature of the respective governing authority, before being sent to the destination, nationwide or abroad.

·         Archives the documents, applying correctly the designated rules.
